Job Description
1. Assist the marketing director to grasp the development direction and positioning of the product in the market, and provide timely market feedback;
2. Responsible for the recruitment, training and assessment of marketing managers; responsible for academic training of sales personnel and agents;
3. Work in Shenzhen, familiar with national and provincial medical and health and medical insurance/reimbursement policies and their impact;
4. Continuously discover business opportunities at the implementation level of market medical health and medical insurance/reimbursement policies;
5. Organize marketing activities in accordance with the marketing plan and review the promotion plan.
